Feeling good about how we feed our babies

Supporting mothers’ decisions

We can recognise the things that can limit parents’ choices while still respecting their decisions.

We want to reduce the barriers that stop parents from being able to feed their babies the way they want.

But, each mother is still the best person to decide, based on her own values and circumstances – including any barriers she faces – what works for her and her family.

Fathers and partners’ views matter too, but ultimately, if it is the mother who would be breastfeeding, the final decision must be hers.
